Who doesn’t want to eat grilled Chicken, everyone likes the taste of grilled food. It look delicious and cooked within minutes?

if You have an OTG oven or microwave oven then you can grill easily. perhaps you have OTG then it will take 10 minutes but in the microwave, it takes 5-7 minute to cook.

You need to select the grilling option in the microwave oven and in the OTG oven you need to set the dial-in grill option.

How to Grill Chicken in a Microwave Oven:-

Chicken may be traditionally grilled using a conventional oven, but you can cook it in a microwave oven quicker.

To do so, the chicken must be softened because frozen meat takes much longer to cook.

Do not dissolve it at room temperature, however, this can cause bacteria to grow if it sits out for two or more hours, melt the chicken in the refrigerator.

Wash your hands before and after handling the chicken and clean all spaces that the raw meat touches to prevent contamination.

  • 1 Chicken Full Leg (With Skin)
  • 4 tbsp Red Chilies Powder
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 6 clove Garlic (whole & crushed)
  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • Salt

For making grilled chicken masala we have to follow step 1

Step 1: Marinate Chicken Leg for 2 Hrs

  • 4 tbsp Red Chilies Powder
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • Crushed Garlic
  • Salt

Apply the paste and marinate the Chicken Leg for at least 2 hours.

Step 2: Grill the Chicken Leg in Microwave Oven for 30 mins

  • Preheat oven to 250C, Brush a heavy baking tray with about 1 – 2 tablespoons oil, then arrange the Chicken Legs in a single layer.
  • Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the size of your Chicken Legs, turning once or twice, or until cooked through.
  • Now you can see your delicious grilled chicken is ready.

How to Grill Veg Dishes in Microwave-

For Potato

  • Preheat the oven at high is 180C degree Celcius.
  • Opt for combination mode with microwave and convection for five minutes.
  • Pierce the potatoes and oil them before keeping them in the microwave otherwise they will burst due to pressure.
  • After cooking for five minutes again opt for a combination of microwave and grill.
  • Cook for another five minutes or till done.
  • Serve it with some sauce, onion and parsley.

For Paneer-

  • First of all, choose the best quality Paneer not much soft and not hard.
  • You can add some red colour or Kashmiri red chilli powder for a tasty look.
  • Do it as for potatoes but no need to pierce it you can marinate it with curd some chaat masala, salt, lemon juice and turmeric powder.
  • The time required will be less as compared to potatoes.
  • After cooking properly serve the same as other dishes.
